Cooler Than Hell!

OK.....I reckon that the Governator knows better than me, a half-century desert-dweller.....I, as a youth, absolutely Loved Hot! Never thunk of gittin' in water until it was 115 degrees!

Today, and yesterday, according to the National Weather Service Web-Site, it was a balmy 106 degrees F. with a humidity level of around 13 percent.

Here in Rural, Arizona, for the first time in my entire life, the Sidewalks are Buckling! Little Birdies are Falling From the Skies! It is HOT! I am a Desert Dweller of nigh on half a Century worth of experience! I am whupped! Mayhaps it be my elder years, ZI cain't say fer sure, but even the teens we have working with us hit the shade, and the water, a heap more often than in the past!

Yesterday I "flected", today I "re-flect" upon the fact that this is, indeed, a Desert in which we have chosen to live......but! By the definition of "Desert", most of Antarctica is, also, Desert.....SO! Anyone down there who catches a glimpse of this......are ye Hiring? 58-year-old Crip in need of work!
