Sunday Afternoon.....I been sitting here on my personal posterion, ponderin' the personality of pups.
Old Bill wants three things......Food, Quiet Attention & the occassional blast of excitement!
Pretty much what we peoples want, too! Maybe dawgs & peoples ain't so different, 'ceptin' that dawgs can run around with no pants and poop where they please.....and, somehow, seldom git in any serious trouble!
Hell! I'd git 20 years for that!
Maybe it be time to extend to dawgs the Right to Vote! And, of course, the Right to Marry Outside of their Religion! Heck, Bill ain't prejudiced! He likes Baptists, Mormons, Catholics, Muslims, Buddhists, Atheists.....even met a METHODIST Once and didn't seem all that over-awed........Bill has very good taste in people.......in the 7 1/2 years we been rooming together, he only met one man he backed off from......that guy got locked up foir beating someone near to death last week. Bill knew that, 5-6 years ahead of schedule!
The Flower Stalk of a Parry's Agave, growing on the lower slopes of Mt. Graham, at about 4-5,000 ft Elevation.......purty plant, I think! That flower, about 15 feet tall, was the final death-knell of a plant5 that probably graced these slopes for a quarter-century......there normally would be some "kids" in the 'hood, though, to carry on the Family Name....
