Happy Birthday Maggie!!!!

I met my cute friend, Maggie, in 2000, when she came to work at the Country Manor Restaurant, in Safford, where I had been Pan Handling for nigh on a year.

Maggie came on as a Waitress and, one day, when we were both working, my brother, Rep, came in.

Later on, Mags told me that she knew my Brother and the seed of a friendship began to germinate! But! The old place was to be razed for a "New & Improved" model and we closed shop in December, 2000......I went to work for the same company in Maintenance and Maggie entered the world of Mexican Food at La Paloma, in Solomonville......


We must Fast-Forward past the 2002 Christmas Party, when Mags & I "re-connected"........

Maggie eventually came Home to the "New & Improved" Manor House Restaurant, where she swayed many a male customer, and I, too, had returned, after a hiatus or two........I caught this pic of Maggie from the hip.....She seems suspicious, at times as to my intent when I take pictures of her.....Hell! She is Beautiful! Cameras are made for "Beautiful"!


I still, after all these years, cain't figger out why a Hot Young Chick like Maggie keeps hittin' on me but, Hey! I'll Take It!

This pic was from either early 2006 or late 2005, when Maggie first left me to pursue a new opportunity at a downtown Mexican Food Emporium, either Chalo's or El Charro, I dunno.....All I know is the sweet scent and soft warmth.....OK! Knock it Off!

I am Very Proud of Maggie! She made the decision to obtain her GED and pursue a more suitable Career, which seems to be in Nursing, the better to provide for her Son, Kobe, and the better to gift herself with the necessities to survive on one's own, whether one be a smart, pretty girl or a person Blessed with more Esoteric traits, Self-Reliance is of the Utmost Importance! We have, in the end, only ourselves to rely on!
