Open Letter to Spanish-speaking US Residents

I have a question for those of you, whether US Citizens, Legal Residents or Illegal Residents, who have been openly calling for the cultural take-over of the United States.

Why are you here?

Not that you and your ancestors do not have a rich cultural heritage in your homeland but you seem determined to bring with you, as a part of your culture, the poverty, the disease, the corruption and crime also! Does this make you feel more "at home"?

Why can you not understand that trying to supplant the US culture with the culture of your homeland will only turn it into the land you all ran away from?

If you truly think that, once you have "taken over", there will still be the entitlements so freely granted by our US Government, you are sadly mistaken!
As you progress toward your goal, and I admit, you are certainly doing that, the Government of the US, at all it's levels, will surely become as corrupt as that which you left!

If your life in Mexico, for example, was so bad why do you insist on bringing it with you?

Honest, hard-working immigrants, legal or not, have been coming to the United States for a couple hundred years. I have spent my entire adult life working with them, working with you! But you must understand that, if the backbone of US Culture is broken there will be no US any longer! You will all be back in Mexico, Guatemala, Nicaragua, et.al.

If the end of US Culture is your goal then you are, indeed, much more than criminals! You are insidious terrorists, waging war on the United States in a clever and effective way!

You, the Leaders of this Movement, may well succeed but your countrymen will lose! They will lose all that they gained by coming to the US because there will BE no more US, only Northern Mexico, complete with ALL of it's problems!

In closing, I say that I welcome you, as brothers and sisters, to my homeland.
But, Please! Come here to be United States Citizens, NOT Terrorists, intent on bringing us down!

Norm!

Ive always wondered why people are so naive to think that if they come to this country because its so wonderful, that making it more like the bad places they came from would be a good idea. Dosent make much sense to me. Maybe its because I didnt attend a graduate school. Most people that think that way are "educated"

Nice entry to yer blog Sir.

Your Freind,

Verde River Kevin
