Three Phone Calls........
Prelude! Yesterday I gave a ride to Kayla, my neighbor & former date, to town for a DES Appointment. End of Prelude!
In the last 2 days I have received 2 packets of questionairres regarding my Disability Claim and they both need to be filled out and returned PDQ!
So, today, I set to filling 'em out, staying off-line until now. Hey, I need a break!
So! 4 PM: Phone Call #1.....Kayla, friendly & relaxed. I told her, right off the bat that I had had a few drinks and would not be able to give her a ride anywhere. So she said "Thanks" and we hung up.
4:04 PM: Phone Call #2.....Doctor's Office called and told me that my Doc wanted me to make a follow-up appointment ASAP regarding my recent Blood Tests Results.
I informed the caller that I already had an appointment, next Monday, as directed by said Doctor.....kinda got me worried here!
4:09 PM: Phone Call #3:......My Friend, Steve calls. Tells me to stay inside because there is "about 40 cops" at Kayla's house.
Life is, sometimes, just TOO Excitin' here in Rural, Arizona!
